FITNESS CENTER DIRECTOR
Gerry Halverson has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and has a passion for helping people improve strength, increase flexibility and build cardiovascular endurance. Gerry is an expert at golf-specific fitness training with several certifications from leading performance institutions and applies special techniques like Blood Flow Restriction training in his personalized approach to teaching fitness methods.

CHRIS HARTE
FITNESS TRAINER
Chris originally grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and quickly found a passion for sports and fitness by watching players like Walter Payton and Michael Jordan star for the Chicago Bears and Bulls championship teams. Observing athletes perform at this level led Chris to integrate himself into team sports, playing football, baseball, basketball, and soccer. Chris moved to Denver for an internship opportunity at Fox Sports Net Rocky Mountain, where he covered games for CU, CSU, the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, and the Colorado Rockies. This competitive environment drove Chris towards athletic coaching and training, culminating in his BA from Northeastern IL University, focusing on teaching, coaching, communication, and physical education. With a career in the health and fitness industry spanning over 25 years, with almost 20 of those years focusing on personal training and coaching, Chris takes a personalized approach to training. He begins by listening to and understanding your goals, helping you identify weaknesses, and then working with you to meet your fitness and physical health objectives. Training with empathy and attention to detail allows his clients to get the most out of every workout experience, positively impacting their bodies and lives. When Chris is not training, he loves to hit the mountains for hiking, skiing, and going for runs with his Hungarian Vizsla, Princess Leia.

As a busy mom, Victoria understands the challenges of balancing life and fitness, offering practical advice and unwavering support to make movement accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Her ultimate goal is to help you fall in love with movement, empowering you to achieve your fitness goals in a way that feels rewarding and fun.

Shauna specializes in supporting women through peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond, offering tailored strategies in fitness, nutrition, mobility, and mindfulness to boost energy, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. As a busy mom of two hockey-loving boys, Shauna understands the challenges of balancing fitness, family, and daily life, making her coaching relatable and practical.
