Balance Test and Exercises

  • Single Leg Balance Test – Test how long you can stand on one leg with your knee as high as your hip.
  • Single Leg Balance eyes open – perform the single leg balance test for one minute on each leg with your eyes open.
  • Single Leg Balance in Golf Stance – Perform a single leg balance in your golf posture for 60 seconds on each leg.
  • Single Leg Shoulder Turns – Balance on one leg with your arms across your chest and turn your shoulders left and right for 60 seconds on each leg.
  • Single Leg Rainbow Pass – Balance on one leg passing a medicine ball from one hand to the other overhead.
  • Tight Rope Balance – Line your feet up heel, toe like you’re on a tight rope having your hands over a counter top and close your eyes balancing for 60 seconds.
  • Kneeling on a Stability Ball – This is an advanced exercise, please watch the video for proper instruction.
