Hip Flexibility and Mobility
Mobility:
- Windshield Wiper: For each repetition, hold the movement for 2 seconds.
Flexibility:
- 1/2 Kneeling Lunge Stretch: Provide support for your back knee with a pad if you have any knee concerns.
- 90/90 Hip Stretch: Hold each of the four stretches for a minimum of 60 seconds.
