Alex is an osteopathic massage therapist specializing in S.M.R.T. Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, and she’s certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is dedicated to holistic health, addressing the connections between physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Combining technical expertise with compassion, she tailors’ treatments to promote healing, mobility, and balance. Guided by values of integrity, respect, and harmony, Alexandra ensures each session is effective and grounded in trust. Her practice focuses on relieving symptoms, addressing chronic pain, and restoring balance for long-term wellness. Constantly refining her skills, she empowers clients to embrace their health and achieve a more fulfilling, pain-free life.

A former collegiate runner and experienced coach in soccer, track, and cross country, Marina blends athletic insight with a holistic approach to wellness. Specializing in Therapeutic, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Sports Massage, she focuses on restoring balance, improving mobility, and alleviating pain. Her engineering background adds a unique problem-solving perspective, allowing her to tailor solutions for optimal performance and recovery. Passionate about helping clients—from athletes to those seeking relaxation—Marina is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, customized care that supports lasting wellbeing.

VIBRATION THERAPY
Don’t just stretch – get stretched.
Let us stretch you much deeper than you could ever do on your own. Assisted stretching is great for improving flexibility and range of motion while loosening tight muscles and releasing stiff joints.
Vibrate your tension away.
Deep tissue vibration therapy will unlock tension from your tight, sore muscles. Using the Hyperice Hypervolt or the Rapid Release muscle vibration therapy tools we’ll release deep muscle tension, break up scar tissue and restore optimal muscle function.
Every 30- or 60-minute session is tailored to fit your individual needs targeting the muscles that need it most.

K-TAPING
FOR FITNESS
Kinesio taping is a stretchy tape designed to move with the person while also providing some support. Many athletes wear tape to improve circulation, proprioception and reduce pain. The tape is placed on and around the body part and can stay on the body for up to 72hr. The tape may come off before then due to excessive sweating or tampering with the tape, it can also be easily removed in the shower. K-Tape is used on muscle injuries such as golfer elbow, or small strains and pains. The tape is a great addition to any recovery treatment to help make the benefits of the treatment last longer.

Guest Policy | Guests are allowed for a $10/day charge, provided they are accompanied by a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member. Family members under the age of 25 years with the same primary residence as a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member have access free of charge.
Clubhouse Policies | We kindly ask for no headwear and that you refrain from talking on a cell phone while inside the gym and Clubhouse.
