TRX Workout

The TRX is a great bodyweight exercise tool. You can do a full body workout with this simple tool. Bodyweight exercise are best performed by doing 12-20 reps or more per set.

  • Two Handed Row – Keep your shoulder blades retracted at all times during the exercise.

  • Push-up – Remember to keep your hands directly under your shoulder.

  • Straight Arm Layout – This exercise is tough on the back, so limit your range of motion and keep your abs very active during every rep.
  • Pistol Squat – Limit the depth of your squat as your learning to do this exercise as it can put a lot of stress on your knees.
