TRX Workout
The TRX is a great bodyweight exercise tool. You can do a full body workout with this simple tool. Bodyweight exercise are best performed by doing 12-20 reps or more per set.

- Pistol Squat – Limit the depth of your squat as your learning to do this exercise as it can put a lot of stress on your knees.
