GOLF STRENGTH

A golf swing uses nearly every single muscle in the body. Overall body strength translates into more power, more club head speed behind your golf shot. Watch this video series to focus on full-body exercises that will help to increase body strength overall.

CORE FOR GOLF

It takes a strong core to better maintain transferred energy and balance of weight shifted throughout your golf swing. The torso is where the rotation takes place during your swing, a better form and stronger core strength will allow you to maintain a constant swing that upon impact with the ball seamlessly transfers energy for a straighter and longer drive. Watch this series for specific core-focused golf exercises.

GOLF FLEXIBILITY

There have been multiple studies regarding how flexibility and the physicality of the golf swing are related. It's been proven that increased flexibility has a direct impact on the attributes of your golf swing and ultimately how far the ball travels. Watch this video series to learn ways you can increase your full body strength by increasing your flexibility.

LEG STRENGTH

A strong lower body creates a foundation for golf or any other sport. Strengthening your legs helps to produce greater club head speed and stabilizes your swing. Watch this video series to learn simple exercises to focus on leg strength for golfers and overall wellness.

FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY

Outside of sports, increased flexibility and mobility are important to maintain overall wellness as you age. This section of video training focuses on exercises to help with longevity. Many of these exercises can be modified based on any physical limitations

SATURDAY/SUNDAY  | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Guest Policy | Guests are allowed for a $10/day charge, provided they are accompanied by a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member. Family members under the age of 25 years with the same primary residence as a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member have access free of charge.
